SHIPPING ORIGIN & FULFILLMENT
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in CANADA. We strive to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada. This option usually takes 2–10 business days for domestic shipping and 7–21 business days for International shipping. Orders below this threshold will incur shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.
The amount of time it will take for a package to reach its destination will depend on the type of shipping you choose at checkout. Before a package ships, it will also spend time being processed at our warehouse.
Shipping options that may be available at checkout: Regular Parcel: A standard delivery option, usually the most economical. Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days depending on the destination. Expedited Parcel: Faster than Regular Parcel, offering quicker arrival within 2 to 8 business days. Xpresspost: Priority shipping with guaranteed faster delivery, typically within 2 business days nationwide. Priority Shipping: The fastest option available, ideal for urgent shipments, providing guaranteed next-day delivery in most areas. (Delivery times mentioned above apply to domestic shipping within Canada only).
IN GENERAL: Domestic shipping can take 2–10 business days, AND International shipping generally requires 7–21 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
